On August 15th 2020, Urban5 Gallery in Kassel invited me to do a live broadcasted experimental Performance.
Local Online Radio R:EIN Radio, hosted by Radio Rasclat, opened up their channel for the reimagined annual exhibitions of Kunsthochschule Kassel and the Architecture Department of University Kassel and asked me to do a live broadcasted experimental performance in July 2020

In October I was able to realize a double concert with my friend Christina’s Band “Der Neue Planet”.
We had met in Cologne one year prior and her kindness made it possible for me to sleep at her place in Cologne when I was back in August for a 4-day job hustle at the Soundtrack Cologne congress.
Thanks to the kind and thoughtful members of the “Karnak” collective in Kassel, they let me use their space to make this double concert reality in late October 2019.
I recorded my set live and the uploaded file is just the first of two sets that I improvised that night.
By coincidence I was sent a Open Call for the “Künstlerroulette” 2019 by devising-theater in Hannover to which I applied the same evening. The project “Künstlerroulette” invites 4-5 artists that create work within 4 days in a improvisational and experimental manner. The theme for this year was “Lost in Sound” and looked for sound-based artists. I got the invitation shortly after and in late October I traveled to Hannover to meet everbody and start working for the final presentation 4 days later. The experience getting to know the city, the venue of Keller Drei and curator Julian Gerhard and my fellow artists Mahelet Worku (vocals), Joschka Merhof (synths/electronic music) and Wayne Götz (performer) was a really positive one. It’s a great experience when the blank on the map and the mind fills with such pleasant experiences and people. Working for the 4 of us was a collaborative learning experience and after 4 days we were full of joy to present our results.
On September 7th, 2019 I was invited to play a Live-Set for Kassel’s “Nacht der Museen 2019” for the “RaumfürUrbaneExperimente” (RuE).
The Set was a improvisation of digital and analog instruments, field recordings and live vocals.
Born out of Tristan_Marie Biallas Project during the “Routine:Ritual:Routine” Exhibition in May 2019, we decided to expand the concept of an interactive sound performance with found material from Gardens and Parks. As Gardens and Parks reflect societal structures and ideals of nature, we wanted to uncover stories of individual and collective history and queer its storytellings. In July 2019 we did a performance about the “Karlsaue Park” in which the Kunsthochschule Kassel is situated and mixed Field recordings, personal stories, animal and plant life history, readings, objects found in the park which were made audible with piezo mic’s and and uncovered histories as a audio-visual interface to access and transport the Park from and into different perspective.
We also join the online performance to protest against Japanese government censorship, and call upon the immediate continuation of the exhibition “After ‘Freedom of Expression?’”.

For the Kunstsommer Arnsberg the FOAM Collective, 4 young artists from Münster and Kassel, worked on various sound-, video- and interactive artworks to reflect on the demographic of the city, its missing people between the age of 20-40 years of age and its historical past.

From April to July 2019 Collective K O N T R A S T realised the Performance “URNING” and Premiered it in Mid-July at the Kunsthochschule Kassel. For the project I developed the sounddesign and costumes. The performance took place during the exhibition about genderperformance that we set up in the artschool’s auditorium in which videoworks, informations of LGBTQA*+ Communities and Accessabilities in Kassel, Queerhistory and a Gender Experimentation Station which I facilitated. All three performances were very different. The last performance took place during the annual artschool showcase “Rundgang” and thanks to a timely rainfall we auditorium was packed with students, visitors, friends and family and the performance felt like it had took its complete form in its resonance with the audience. the echo chamber was transcended and the evening after the Deniere proceeded with fresh air and a golden-pink sunset.
